This role is responsible for crafting and disseminating compelling narratives that build brand reputation and engage both media partners and the community. The Communications Specialist will manage media relations, develop press materials, and support internal communications, all while ensuring a consistent, strategic voice. Working within an agile team, this position is crucial for translating our strategic vision into a resonant, public-facing story.
The Live Music Destination Program Manager, Agile, is a critical leader responsible for the strategic program and project management of Greensboro's live music ecosystem. This role is about getting a complex initiative moving forward by aligning a disparate group of stakeholders—including community organizations, local businesses, elected officials, government workers, safety officers, and investors. The Manager will drive the development of a defragmented, consistent live music experience in a contiguous geography within downtown Greensboro, while also integrating the live music experience in other county locations and venues. Operating within an agile framework, this role demands a consummate planner and organizer capable of speaking with both authority and vision, finding consensus, and breaking down barriers, always prioritizing progress over perfection.
The Agile Digital and Data Specialist is a crucial technical and analytical role within the Greensboro / Guilford County Tourism Authority (GGCTA), driving efficiency and insights across all operations. This position is responsible for administering key internal platforms such as the CRM and Asana, ensuring their optimal use to support agile workflows and robust data integrity. They spearhead data collection and analysis efforts for key performance indicators and implement early applications of AI to enhance productivity. The Sales Support & Experience Coordinator is a dynamic and detail-oriented role vital to the success of the Greensboro / Guilford County Tourism Authority (GGCTA) sales team. This position specializes in creating impactful first impressions and memorable experiences for prospective and returning clients. They are responsible for designing and coordinating effective tradeshow presentations, orchestrating personalized sales site visits, and crafting unique event planner experiences that drive rebookings and foster long-term partnerships.
