Acme Comics is a locally-owned and operated, full-service comic book store. Established in 1983, we are the oldest and largest comic book store in the Greensboro, High Point, and Winston Salem North Carolina region collectively known as The Triad.
As a full service comic book store, we offer weekly new releases of comic books from major and small press publishers, a selection of over one hundred thousand back issues dating back to the 1980s, and a variety of vintage comic books from the 1940s through the 1970s.
Acme Comics is a destination for comic book fans from all over the country and abroad! We are happy to say that comic book fans from England, Germany, South America, Japan, and countless other locations around the world have made it a point to visit us every time they are in the area.
