Greensboro’s first wine bar located on Battleground Ave. just north of downtown, Rioja is a relaxed place to meet friends and enjoy great wines, small plates, and desserts.
We offer more than 40 wines by the glass. Our full wine selection features more than 800 wines to enjoy. To enhance the aromas and flavors of each wine, we use the finest Riedel crystalware. Each glass of wine is a generous six-ounces and our flights of wine include three, two-ounce pours, served with a gourmet cheese sampler. This gives you the opportunity to compare wines from different regions.
Our creative small plates and snacks feature classic flavors from around the world. Specialties include a world-class cheese selection, gourmet grilled cheese sandwiches, cured meats from around the world, and locally crafted chocolate truffles.
We also function as a retail shop and offer $10 off all bottles to go, plus a 10% discount on the purchase of 6-11 bottles and a 15% discount on the purchase of 12 or more bottles.
