Mark’s Restaurant is the long awaited new venture from Chef Mark Freedman, a 1985 graduate of The Culinary Institute of America. The restaurant features local ingredients, organic vegetables, and free range meats in an upscale, casual atmosphere. Come in and experience produce from our own organic garden in the spring. Enjoy sitting outside on our beautiful patio, with heaters in the fall.
