A local Mexican Restaurant set-up is similar to Qdoba and Chipotle. Menu items include tacos, burritos, quesadillas, nachos, taco salads or burrito bowls and customize them with choices of protein such as chicken, steak, shrimp, Mexican-style barbecue, tofu or vegetables.
