The menu features fresh ingredients; the wings are fresh, never frozen as are the hand-battered chicken tenders, fresh chicken breasts, and fresh hand-pattied burgers. We make the fries out of fresh potatoes; the onion rings are hand-cut, breaded, and cooked to order. Every dressing and sauce is made in-house along with every side. The pulled pork is slow-cooked and seasoned in-house and the salads are made fresh. The menu features many shareable appetizers, fresh salads, burgers, fresh chicken dinners, slow-cooked baby back ribs, hand-breaded fried shrimp, and an array of excellent, big sandwiches, and desserts.
