Country BBQ began in 1975 in a small restaurant located in High Point, NC across from Thomas Built busses, in a building no bigger than 900 square feet. Over the yearsCountry BBQ added a second location off of Wendover Avenue that is still in business, and expanded from the original location in High Point.
From the very beginning Country BBQ has been providing the Triad area with quality Lexington-style BBQ that just recently brought in two public awards: Best Ribs and runner-up Best BBQ Restaurant in the Triad. Our attention to detail over the years and our loyal customers have helped sustain a healthy business through good times and bad even as eating habits have changed.
We’re also committed to providing our customers with the good food at low prices they’ve come to expect since 1975 and we hope to continue to do so for a long time.
