The mission for baking the perfect cheesecake was as unique as the 22 tried-and-true flavors Alex crafted. Alex grew up in the restaurant business and was an avid cook from a young age. The real challenge came when his mother-in-law asked him to bake her a cheesecake, and the first attempt snowballed into a pursuit to achieve the ideal taste and texture that Alex had in mind. After a few months of making alterations and baking until he got it just right, Alex arrived at his crowd-pleasing recipe! His friends and family taste-tested his signature cheesecake, and he always received the same response so Alex decided to set up shop!
