Parks Passport – Greensboro Parks and Rec

posted on February 17, 2021 by Amy Scott

The Greensboro Parks and Recreation Department is hosting a  Parks Passport program. It is a fun way to explore the wide variety of local outdoor opportunities around the city. Explore all 20 locations by the end of 2021 to receive some Parks and Recreation prizes.

How to Play

  • Pick up a passport at Parks and Recreation headquarters, 301 S. Greene St., Suite 300, from 9 am to 5 pm weekdays, or download one (EnglishSpanish).
  • Visit each location on the passport and search for the Parks Passport sign. Each sign will have a special word that you can use to fill in a phrase on the passport.
  • When you have filled out the full passport, mail or drop it off at Parks and Recreation headquarters to receive your swag.

Everyone who completes the passport and returned it to Parks and Recreation by the end of 2021 will receive Parks and Recreation branded blanket. One participant will also win a random drawing for a larger prize, a Parks and Recreation prize pack worth upward of $200. The drawing for that prize will be held in January 2022.
