When:
September 18-20, 2026
Venue:
Downtown Greensboro
Event Details:
The North Carolina Folk Festival takes over downtown Greensboro September 18–20 for three free days of music, food, culture, and all the good stuff that happens when thousands of people gather around a great stage.
This year’s lineup includes The Roots, Molly Tuttle, St. Paul & The Broken Bones, and dozens of other artists from right here in North Carolina and around the world. With five stages, there is always something happening: roots and bluegrass, soul and global sounds, dance, makers, food vendors, hands-on activities, and a few happy accidents when you wander into a set you did not plan to see.
No ticket required. Just show up and see where the weekend takes you.
