Join us on the 7th Annual Unity Walk and Festival, a vibrant celebration of our community's diversity and strength. For the seventh consecutive year, Greensboro’s immigrant and refugee support agencies, in partnership with local refugee and immigrant communities, will host this inspiring event. Organized by The Center for New North Carolinians, Church World Service Greensboro, Every Campus A Refuge, FaithAction International, New Arrivals Institute, North Carolina African Services Coalition, and Reading Connections, the Unity Walk and Festival is a testament to our commitment to inclusion and support for all.
The event kicks off at 10 am with an opening statement and interfaith prayer, setting the tone for a day of solidarity and celebration. We will then embark on the Unity Walk through downtown Greensboro, followed by a multicultural festival at LeBauer Park featuring traditional dances, music, and vendors. This event is free and open to the public, and we warmly welcome everyone to join in this celebration of community and equality.
