Things to do

Greensboro Science Center

The Greensboro Science Center is home to an aquarium, museum, zoo and treetop adventure park – all in one attraction! Come eye-to-eye with animals from all around the world, including endangered species such as African penguins, pygmy hippos, a Sumatran tiger and red pandas. Hands-on interactions abound in our farmyard, where you can pet goats and sheep, play in our farmhouse and watch NC crops, such as cotton, grow from seed to harvest. Inside the museum, walk among dinosaurs in Prehistoric Passages, experience extreme weather, have fun in SciPlay Bay and sit back to watch an awe-inspiring show in our OmniSphere Theater. Visit our website for up-to-date information about exciting limited engagement exhibits, private behind-the-scenes animal experiences and upcoming events.
