The Greensboro Area Convention & Visitors Bureau Changes Structure of SETRAC Grant Program
The Greensboro Area Convention & Visitors Bureau's Board of Directors voted on June 21, 2017 to change the structure of the Special Events & Tourism Related Activities Commitee (SETRAC) grant program to be awarded once a year. The SETRAC grants program exisits to stimulate and assist Greensboro/Guilford County organizations and agencies in the enhancement, promotion and marketing of tourism and culturally related events and activities.
"The objective of the program is to give greater scope to innovative ideas and help organizations and agencies undertake activities that would not be considered without special funding," said Henri Fourrier, President/CEO, Greensboro Area Convention & Visitors Bureau. "The SETRAC program is designed to assist in establishing activities and events which, because of their own merit, can eventually grow and succeed without financial assistance from this program."
Deadline for application will be May 4, 2018 at 5:00pm.
