New Eats in Greensboro!

Greensboro is home to a variety of delicious restaurants, and it seems like there is a new place to add to your list every week!
There are two new notable food stops now open or soon to open in Greensboro that are “must-eats” for all you foodies out there.

First off, Scrambled is now open in the location of former Josephine’s Kitchen. Josephine’s owners decided it was time for a change and have opened this diner-style restaurant in place of the bistro, and it has been a huge hit! In the first few weeks of opening, the new restaurant was such a hit in fact that Scrambled had to close down early for a weekend to restock on food! Talk about a successful opening!

The Scrambled menu features southern staples and daily blue plate specials such as biscuits, scrambles, omelets, French toast, and of course eggs benedict. In fact, if you are a lover of benedicts, be sure to stop over to Scrambled on Saturday or Sunday where there is an entire section of the menu dedicated to different takes on eggs benedict! Locals are already raving and saying that while Josephine’s was their favorite place to eat in Greensboro before, Scrambled has had no trouble living up to Josephine’s reputation. Scrambled is open from 7 AM – 3 PM daily, so be sure to stop by and see for yourself!

And if you love Scrambled, be sure to not miss out on another soon-to-open restaurant on Battleground Avenue, Tessa Farm to Fork. Tessa will feature fresh and locally sourced food with seasonal inspiration. Tessa’s owners have partnered with local farms to bring healthy, nutritious and of course delicious food to Greensboro.

Tessa will have both a brunch and dinner menu, and both are available on their website now. The brunch menu will feature all local eggs, of course, while the dinner menu lists items such as an heirloom tomato salad, house made tagliatelle and beef tenderloin medallions just to name a few of the mouth-watering selections.
