“It’s Your Roll” is a new sushi restaurant in Greensboro. Located on Spring Garden St at the intersection of S Chapman St, customers can design their own sushi rolls, rice bowls, or salads based on the ingredients they offer.  Whether you’re feeling adventurous or cautious it’s up to you to decide what your dinner entails.  They are open Monday through Saturday with varying hours and offer daily specials ranging from family night to an “all day beer day”.

If you’re looking for a healthier fast food option other than McDonald’s, but don’t want bland, boring food come try “Saladworks”.  Located in Wendover Place off Bridford Parkway in Greensboro, this restaurant offers fresh ingredients for your customized salads, signature dressings, soups, and Focaccia Fusion sandwiches.  “Saladworks” also offers a True Nutrition menu that offers a variety of signature salads that are all 500 calories or less.
