12 immersive realms await you in this walking light display in the Greensboro Science Center Zoo exhibit. Experience 3 musical light shows and a ride on the Greensboro Rotary Carousel. Ice Skate outdoors in the Historic South End of Downtown Greensboro. See Ice Skaters and Curling teams outside in this lighted ice rink. It's fun for the whole family. Tickets are on sale now.

Make Memories at McLaurin Farms. This annual Christmas event features family activities with a drive-through or hayride Christmas light display all December long. Family activities include mailing a letter to Santa, making Christmas ornaments, and feeding animals. Santa and some of his holiday friends (Olaf from Disney's Frozen and Grinch from The Grinch who stole Christmas) and known to stop by and take pictures. Tickets are on sale now.

This Greensboro neighborhood continues to go all out for the holidays with Christmas balls that light up the sky. The lights are truly magical. The usual 5k "running of the balls" has changed with COVID to a "No-K 5k" where you continue to make your donation to Second Harvest Food Bank. To sign up, visit the website below. The lights are free and open to the public, driving the route is strongly encouraged.

The Greensboro Ballet is continuing the holiday tradition of The Nutcracker, but to comply with safety during Covid they have modified the experience to a Drive-In movie performance at the Greensboro Coliseum. The film was recorded at the Carolina Theatre and features local performers. So pack up the car in your PJs for a night of the ballet. Tickets are on sale now.

Downtown Greensboro is offering an array of events and experiences all month long. From the first weekend Light the Night December 4 & 5. To a modify parade Balloon Regatta December 12-13.
