CAROLINA HISTORY & HAUNTS TOUR

A walking ghost and history tour through the streets of downtown Greensboro. within 90 minutes, listen to the stories of local haunts, and see where some of Greensboro’s departed inhabitants still linger. If seeing is believing, come and see for yourself. Reservations are required and can be made via the company’s website or by phone. Call ahead for availability and for private tours. Special Full Moon tours are also offered.

Friends of Green hill Cemetery: History Tour

A Halloween tradition of Ghost Stories continues this October at Blandwood Mansion! Located in downtown Greensboro, Blandwood has stood for more than 170 years and has witnessed the passage of time, historic events, and the lives of its occupants.

Our special friend and storyteller Cynthia Moore Brown will weave her 17th season of magic with spine-tingling stories, historic legends and fanciful tales about North Carolina.

The event starts at 6:30. Guests will be charged $5 each. Seating is available on the front lawn, and we ask that households sit 6 feet apart.

All kids 13 and under must be accompanied by an adult. This is a child-friendly event.

BlANDWOOD MUSEUM - GHOST STORIES

Join us for easy and engaging walking tours to learn about Greensboro's history and the local and unusual plants thriving within Green Hill's 51 acres.  Tours are $5/person and begin at the Green Hill Cemetery Wharton Street gate nearest Fisher AvenueNOT at the Cleveland Street gate.  Bring an additional $5 if you wish to purchase our Green Hill Walking Tour booklet.  Group tours can be arranged by request.  Donation and honorarium checks should be made out: 901 Wharton St, Greensboro, NC 27401. One of the oldest operating cemeteries in Greensboro, NC. Tours are held not only for History, but for Botanical finding in the area.

J. RAZZ & TAZZ FARM

Family fun day and night! A working family farm in Guilford County that includes a 10 acre corn maze, flashlight maze, mini maze, farm tour hayrides, pumpkins, cow train ride, corn bins, haystack mountain, train ride, and bonfires! Have a scare at the Haunted Forest Hayride during the Halloween season. Groups welcome!
