Zoo Boo-Bash
Thursday, October 29, 5 p.m. – 8 p.m.
Kids, wear your favorite costume and enjoy fun-filled, scare-free activities both inside the Center and outside in
Animal Discovery (weather permitting)! Halloween games for ages 2-10, treats (bring your own special bag), Wizard Science Show, Fortune Telling by Madame Moonbeam, UNCG Bat Booth, and a Halloween Laser Show for kids in the OmniSphere Theater. The NSC will close from 3:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. on October 29 to set up for Zoo BOO-Bash. Tickets are now on sale at the NSC front desk! $4 members ages 2 and up. $5 non-members ages 2 and up. Under age 2 free.
OmniSphere Theater $ave for $cience Promotion
The NSC is slashing prices on all OmniSphere Theater shows, including 3-D, through November 22.
All full-dome digital shows will be $3 per person (normally $5) and all 3-D shows will be $4 per person (normally $6). Discounts will apply to both kids and adults. The OmniSphere Theater is the FIRST of its kind in the U.S. to offer full-dome digital, laser and 3-D movies all in one venue! Visit www.natsci.org to view the OmniSphere show schedule, including the times for the special holiday features, shows, Fright Light Laser Show (October 26-31), Laser Holidays and Season of Light (starting November 23).
Extreme Deep - Mission to the Abyss Traveling Exhibit
This 6,000 sq. ft. special traveling exhibit highlights the importance of geology, history, biology and chemistry in deep-sea exploration. Extreme Deep features a wide variety of interactive components for visitors to enjoy!
Included in general admission to the NSC.
Junior Girl Scout Overnight
November 6-7
Fun-filled scout activities are planned according to the requirements for the NSC Museum Explorer Patch.
Time: 6 p.m Friday through 8:30 a.m. Saturday. $30 scout/$15 chaperone

Thesaurus Shoppe Members-only Holiday Sale
December 3, 9 a.m. – 6 p.m.
NSC members will receive a 30% discount on all regular priced items during this annual special shopping day.
The Natural Science Center is located at 4301 Lawndale Drive in Greensboro, NC and is home of the Animal Discovery Zoological Park (featuring tigers, maned wolves, wallabies, meerkats, lemurs and many other unique animals), as well as the brand new OmniSphere Theater (North Carolina’s only 40 foot digital dome experience).
